KM Talent is an international recruitment and career coaching consultancy focused on business development, marketing, communications, bids and events talent in the professional services industries. Our specialist areas include law, accounting, consulting, engineering, infrastructure and architecture. 

We work with firms and job seekers in key financial centres including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh at all levels from Assistant through to Director/CMO. A particular strength is helping international candidates find great opportunities in locations of their preference and offering clients access to a talent pool of highly qualified professionals that they would not otherwise hear about.

We also conduct career coaching face-to-face or virtually, helping professionals who are stuck in their careers, have lost confidence, need to optimise their network or just need a CV refresh. Katherine Mountford

Founder & Managing Director

  • Katherine is the founder and managing director of KM Talent and the unrelenting energy behind the business. She is also our team trail runner and happiest when navigating a technical trail in the mountains.

    Katherine has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. With roots in business development and marketing and over 20 years of recruitment experience, Katherine has an unrivalled network of professional service BD, marketing and communications contacts across the globe, and is often the first person clients call when they are in need of top talent and/or advice on team structure and skill sets. Her reputation as honest, authentic, intelligent and kind sets her apart.

Hoda Mana

Recruitment Consultant

Middle East | All Roles

  • Hoda is our lead recruitment consultant for the Middle East region. With more than 18 years of experience in professional services business development and marketing, Hoda has a deep understanding of the unique requirements and qualifications needed within such firms.

    Having lived in the Middle East for more than 14 years, she has also developed a reputation for helping clients to secure the right talent for business-critical legal and professional services roles. Fluent in English, Arabic and French, she has worked, lived and traveled across the Middle East and North Africa in various locations from Algiers to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Manama, Doha, Muscat and Riyadh, and is adept at navigating the complexities of these unique regional markets.

    Originally from Los Angeles, Hoda is passionate about sharing the Middle East's cultures with others and helping them to secure the best possible roles for them in the region. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, rock climbing and being outdoors with her children.

Luis Joson

Recruitment Consultant

Asia & Australia | Early Career & Below-Manager Roles

  • Luis is a natural connector and our ever optimistic recruitment consultant. As a previous candidate of KM Talent, Luis has first hand experience of the candidate journey. He draws on his background in recruitment and international law firm BD & marketing to provide clients and candidates across Asia, Middle East and Australia with insights and advice. His multidisciplinary and cross-jurisdictional background is a key asset to the team.

    When he's not working on recruitment projects, he's on a bike trail, running around a football pitch or playing with his daughter.

Julia Rajcevski

Senior Search Specialist

  • Julia is our candidate search guru. She loves nothing more than a challenging brief and a remit to unearth great talent anywhere in the world. Julia is constantly keeping an eye on who is who in the world of professional services BD, marketing and communications in all major cities.

    Julia studied law and has run her own successful shares trading business for 4+ years. She is the deep thinker of the KM Talent team and always shows up with a smile, humour and ‘never give up’ attitude.

Michelle Ansley

Executive Assistant and Office Manager

  • Meet Michelle, our Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Katherine. With a diverse background in support roles including universities, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and optometry, Michelle brings knowledge of systems and effective ways of working.

    Michelle supports our consultants throughout the recruitment process and is a cornerstone in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, making her a key member of the KM Talent team.

    Michelle is also a keen runner and enjoys yoga, sketching, and gardening.
